Komal Bhargava, Esq.
Komal founded KB Law Firm to be able to provide clients with sophisticated legal services with a personal touch. Komal has extensive experience in a broad range of M&A, corporate and real estate transactions and also regularly counsels clients with general corporate matters and corporate governance. Since starting KB Law Firm, Komal has successfully closed several M&A transactions in the energy, tech, medical, retail and manufacturing industries representing both acquirers and sellers. Komal has also closed over $1bn in real estate transactions over the last 15 years.

Shiva Bhargava
Shiva joins us from investment banking, where he was a vice president at Moelis & Company with prior experience at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. He has extensive exposure in M&A advisory, having worked on over $5bn of transactions across consumer retail, technology, industrials, and healthcare; Shiva also worked in real estate private equity, where he performed diligence on various investment opportunities. He holds a JD from Harvard Law School, MSc in Health Economics from the London School of Economics, MS in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and a BSc in Biochemistry from Cornell University.

Arvind Vij, Esq.
Arvind Vij is a seasoned legal professional specializing in cross-border M&A with a focus on India-US, Singapore-US, and UK-US transactions, as well as technology transactions, including SaaS/PaaS and outsourcing. With over 14 years of experience at JPMorgan as Managing Director & Associate General Counsel across Singapore, India, and New York, Arvind brings a wealth of expertise. He is the Founder/CEO of Illuminati Humanista Solutions, offering legal support solutions to multinational corporations and global law firms. Arvind's diverse legal career includes pivotal roles at Drew & Napier in Corporate, Commercial & Banking law, Milbank in Projects and Project Finance, and Pillsbury in US Securities & Private Equity.
